• Built and operated a multi-million dollar niche fiduciary practice for over 25 years.

• Appointed by the United States Department of Justice as a Chapter 7 trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Michigan, along with decades of experience as a former restructuring attorney.

• Managed business operations, wind downs, liquidations, and sales in thousands of bankruptcy matters, has been appointed as a Chapter 11 trustee, liquidating/litigation trustee, chief restructuring officer, disbursing agent, and plan administrator.

• Appointed as Federal and State Court Receiver, Assignee under Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, and has provided financial advisory and investigative assistance to other fiduciaries and monitors.
